You are by FAR the best AMC to do work with. First the people placing the orders specifically Wendy and Eric are so nice, professional and on top of everything. No long waits for new access phone numbers, they ALWAYS return calls within a couple of business hours, update appraisal port. Best of all they have a sence of humor.
Second your review staff is the greatest. First they compliment your work before asking for corrections, additional verbiage or clarifications. They are so kind in the wording of their feedback. No dread when you get an email from them. I know I am respected, my work is respected, my time is respected. Appraisers are not perfect and the reviewers really have that attitude.
Third the reviewers and staff are available to answer questions if challenges should arise. Reviewer talk through complex appraisal issues and really come to a meeting of the minds. It is very much like talking to one of your career long colleagues. Solving complex scenarios together. No other company I have dealt with has reviewers that communicate like this.
I was not looking for a new client when Wendy called me one day with a customer service issue. An appraiser had misplaced an assignment and could not complete it in a reasonable amount of time. It was very complex Urban Condo in a converted historical warehouse. I said "wait are you one of my clients", she said not but I was approved on her list. We worked together to get this assignment done and now your company is by far my favorite client.
Your staff goes out of their way to treat appraisers with the utmost respect, in turn there is nothing I would not try to do to accommodate your company.
You must have the BEST upper management team. None of this would be possible without one.
So grateful companies like yours are treating people so well. Other companies are starting to try to treat appraisers better but you guys were the first.
