Edward “Ted” Robinson — Chief Executive Officer

Edward “Ted” Robinson is the founder and CEO of SWBC Lending Solutions. Mr. Robinson’s duties at SWBC Lending Solutions include; providing overall strategic direction, partnership identification and structure as well as all aspects of customer sales. Prior to founding SWBC Lending Solutions, Mr. Robinson was the Chief Marketing and Sales officer for SharperLending. In addition, Mr. Robinson has held executive positions in publicly traded telecommunications and technology companies. Mr. Robinson is a graduate of Montana State University and was a participant in the University of Denver Executive MBA program. Mr. Robinson is married to Terrie Guthrie and the couple enjoys outdoor activities while spending time at their home in Sandpoint ID.

Guy Taylor — President

Guy Taylor is the CEO of Equi-Trax Asset Solutions, LP. His thirty years of senior level executive experience has been the cornerstone in the development of the company’s unique line of hybrid collateral valuation products. He leads the company and is responsible for all of its operations.
Taylor, who also serves on the board of American Riviera, a southern California bank, was the visionary behind the company, which he founded to allow mortgage loan servicers, loss mitigation specialists, hedge fund managers and other investors procure consistently accurate values for the property collateralizing their investments with reliably high levels of customer service.
Previously, Mr. Taylor served as Senior Vice President and Regional Sales Manager for Aurora Loan Services, a Lehman Brothers Company. Taylor has served as Senior Vice President, Western Division Manager of Bank of America, and NationsBank. 
He has served two terms on the Board of Directors for the California Mortgage Bankers Association.

Mark Weisgerber — SVP / Chief Operations Officer

Mark Weisgerber is Operations Manager for Equi-Trax Asset Solutions, LP.  Weisgerber has over 20 years of experience working for the industry’s largest title underwriters, including Fidelity National Title and LandAmerica Title. He has also served as an executive with various insurance companies in the western region.
Weisgerber most recently served as director of title operations and Advisory Title Officer for Santa Barbara and San Luis Obispo counties in California for United General Title, a division of First American Financial.
Prior to joining Equi-Trax Asset Solutions, LP, Weisgerber worked with public records to provide valuation and sales information to real estate agents, commercial and residential lenders, and appraisers.  He was responsible for setting underwriting policy on a local level with input from national underwriting departments and was responsible for working with commercial and residential lenders on multi-million dollar escrow closings to issue title insurance policies.

Chuck Mureddu — SVP / Chief Valuation Officer

Chuck has more than 30 years of combined mortgage lending experience including appraisal management, institutional risk, loss mitigation, and whole loan exit and securitization strategies. During the past 17 years, Chuck held senior level positions as Director of Valuation Risk and Chief Appraiser for Net Bank, Resource Bancshares, Bfirst Residential, and Fleet Mortgage Company. Chuck also owned and operated Alden Appraisal Group, Inc. in Newport, Rhode Island specializing in commercial and litigation appraisals, and large estate homes including Belcourt Castle of Newport. Chuck is a general associate member of the Appraisal Institute and is a Certified General Appraiser in Rhode Island, Massachusetts, and Connecticut. He has been qualified as an expert witness for various zoning boards, US District and US Bankruptcy Courts and served as a Subject Matter Expert for the appraisal qualifications Board (AQB) participating in the development of the National Certified General Appraiser exam. Chuck is featured in several industry publications regarding secondary market expectations, fraud, and how to leverage automated collateral technology.
